My brows perk up.

“Wait, seriously?”

Carson nods. “Yeah, Griff’s uncle knows a guy who owns a bar a few towns over. They had a last-minute band cancellation, and he got us in.”

I blink, excitement coursing through me before I pause.

“Um, we don’t…” I frown. “We don’t have any songs, in case you forgot?”

Carson waves his hand. “Hey, we’ve got the one from last night.”

“Sort of?”

He chuckles. “It’s a short set, so we only need like three more songs. I figured we could do a cover song for one of them. So now it’s just two more.”

“Oh, gee, yeah, we only need two measly whole songs that need to be written and actually rehearsed before tomorrow night,” I drawl sarcastically, rolling my eyes. “No biggie.”

Griff smiles as he nods at the notebook sitting on my desk—the one with all of my lyrics and half-written stuff in it.

“How many you got in there?”

“A lot, I guess?”

He shrugs. “Well, there we go.”

I shake my head, peering at him and trying to figure out if he’s joking or not before I realize they’re both totally serious.

“What are we going to do, ad-lib the freaking songs?”

Carson shrugs. “I mean it’s a great gig, Zara. We could use the live practice that’s for sure. Think of it like a live jam session? We’ll shape up the songs as we play them.”

“That’s insane.”

Griffin laughs. “It’s a shitty bar, darlin. There’s going to be like five whole people at the gig. Don’t sweat it too much.”

I smile, a little of the pressure from my vision of a packed auditorium dissipating. I swallow as my eyes dart between them.

“How are we getting there?”

“We’ve got a van.”

“Seriously?”

Carson smiles. “Yeah, parked at the commuter lot at the train station, down the street from campus.”

I arch my brows, smiling. “Okay, that’s sneaky. I’m impressed.”

“So, that’s a yes? You, your guitar, that song book, and that sweet voice of yours tomorrow night?”

I bite my lip, darting my eyes between them again. And suddenly, all of the thoughts from last night come rushing back again, making my face hot and sending a shiver up my spine. Memories of kissing both of them, basically at the same time, while pressed between them so tightly. I swallow thickly, heat pooling between my thighs as I try and shove the thoughts away.

“Zara?”

I blink, dragging myself out of the filthy thoughts as I look up at them and blush.

“Yeah, uh, yeah. Tomorrow. My voice.”

Carson smiles a crooked smile, arching a brow at me.

“You okay?”

“Yeah, I—”

“I mean after yesterday.”

I swallow the heat from my face. “Yeah, that practice was just so aweso—”

“I’m not talking about the practice, Zara,” Carson growls, his voice suddenly lower, his face a little harder. Heat blooms in my face, and I rake my teeth over my bottom lip as the room seems to get a little warmer, and a little smaller.

“I—I’m fine,” I say quietly. “Sorry, I think I acted crazy…”

“No, you didn’t,” Griffin says lowly, his eyes sparking green fire. “Or maybe we just like crazy.”

I blush as I look down. “It was pretty crazy. Sorry,” I mumble.

“You don’t have to apologize at all, darlin’,” he growls.

“Thanks.”

Carson clears his throat.

“Right, so, tomorrow? Gig? You’re in, right?”

Slowly, I look up, and I nod.

“Yeah, tomorrow.”

We all move for the door, me opening it first and poking my head out to make sure the coast is clear before I wave them out. I watch as the two of them calmly walk back to the closet door which apparently hides a secret staircase, cool and calm, like they’re not at all worried about getting busted being here. Hell, I think to myself. With how much the football team guys are like royalty around here, they probably wouldn’t even get detention if the RA walked in on them screwing a girl up here in the damn hallway.

Instantly, my mind goes exactly there, only the girl the two big, hot football guys are screwing together on the hallway floor is me. I groan, cringing at my own filthy thoughts as I close the door and sink against it.

Jesus, what is wrong with me?

I let the robe drop from my shoulders and peel my old t-shirt off before heading to my dresser to find the big comfy over-sized shirt I like to sleep in.

…And that’s when the door opens behind me.

“Hey, Zara.”

I gasp, whirling to see the both of them opening my door and stepping right back into the dorm room.

“We—”

The two of them freeze, their eyes suddenly locking on me. I shriek, my arms quickly wrapping around my tits as I squeeze my thighs together and half-turn away from them.

“We… fuck,” Carson groans, his look as hard as Griffin’s, and both of them staring at me with hunger and lust etched across their faces.

…And God am I wet. Like, instantly, undeniably, completely wet. The two of them slowly step into the room, their eyes never leaving me as I shiver.
