“Yeah, it should be fun,” I said.

No, it really wasn’t going to be. I had a feeling it was going to be fucking tense as shit.

Gripping the steering wheel tighter, I saw the neon sign for Billy’s. Just seeing the glowing red light made me feel so much better.

I happened to enjoy dancing. It was a good way of letting off steam. I didn’t say I was any good at it, but I hoped I could hold my own, or at least we were about to find out.

“A bar? We can go into one of them?”

“Billy’s is good. I’m not buying you beer, so don’t ask. I’ve got a deal with the owner. He doesn’t mind me stopping by from time to time so long as I don’t cause any fights.”

“I’m impressed,” Sian said as I parked my car.

“You haven’t seen me dance yet.”

“No, this is a surprise. The second one of the night.”

“What was the first?” I asked.

“You’re wearing jeans. I like them.” She opened the car door and I climbed out myself, meeting her at the hood of my car. I held my arm out to her.

“Are you ready to go and have some fun?”

She put her hand in mine and gave me the biggest smile I’d ever seen. “Yes.”

As to be expected, Billy’s was thriving, as it was every single night they were open. It was one of the many reasons I loved this place. He had the best bands and played the greatest music. He was the king of the bar scene as far as I was concerned. I’d spent some time over the years in a few nightclubs, but none of them were even close to being this good. On entering, the heavy scent of sweat, beer, and cigarette smoke assailed my senses. This was where life was.

I took her immediately to the bar where Billy himself was working, pulling a beer.

“Billy, my man,” I said.

He looked up and rolled his eyes. “I should have known the riffraff had come in. The air changed.”

“You break my heart.”

Billy snorted. “Please, as if you have a heart.” His gaze went to my girl. “And who is this?”

“Sian, I’d like you to meet the ugliest bar owner in the world, Billy. Billy, I’d like you to meet the prettiest girl in the world.”

“Prettiest for sure. What are you doing with him?”

Her cheeks went a delightful shade of red and her teeth bit into her bottom lip. I wrapped my arm around her shoulders, pulling her close. “We’re here to enjoy some good soda, fine food, and awesome music. Who is playing tonight?”

“My band fucking canceled on me. Pissed me off. I’m afraid it’s just a good old standard DJ tonight.”

“There’s nothing wrong with that, my man. The music is rocking.” I nodded my head to the beat of the music.

“Here you guys are. Try to stay out of all kinds of trouble.”

“What have I told you? I don’t go looking for trouble.”

“But it sure as fuck finds you.” Billy didn’t linger as his customers wanted to be served.

“You know the standard rules apply?” I asked, looking at Sian.

“About?”

“Partying. Don’t go talking to strange men. Don’t accept your drink from anyone but me. You know the standard fanfare at these things.”

She laughed. “Oh, please, I can totally handle this.” She took a sip of her drink. “Or does Billy count as another guy?”

“Billy is a fine guy. Don’t worry about him.”

She chuckled. “This place is amazing. It reminds me of somewhere similar Drew took me.”

“Yeah?”

She nodded. “It had a family vibe. I can’t remember what the name was, but it was so amazing. They had a little play area for the kids to go and you could hang out and dance and you know, party. It was a lot of fun stuff.” She kept on bopping her head to the beat of the music, and I couldn’t help but join her.

We finished our sodas, and then I took hold of her hand, leading her onto the dance floor. The number was a fast-paced one, and I spun her around a couple of times until she fell against me.

Grabbing her hips, I showed her exactly what I wanted. How I wanted her hips to sway to capture me. To lure me in and play this dance we’d been doing for a long time. Pressing my lips to her neck, I placed a hand on her stomach, rubbing my dick against the curve of her ass as I did.

We rocked the song until the last beat where I spun her close. The tempo changed, and I didn’t need to let her out of my arms.

Sian put her arms around my neck, holding on to me, grinding her sweet pussy against my leg as we danced.

“You’re so pretty,” I said.

She laughed. “You’re not too bad yourself.”
