Fucking hell. I want her. I have to have her, damn the consequences.

The pleasure came on stronger, and Corbin knew he couldn’t hold back from getting off. Hell, he didn’t want to. Every muscle in his body clenched, tightened, and the need to just unload and get off came on fast and strong.

Bracing a hand on the wall, he positioned himself so when he got off, his cum would spew in the shower. He stroked himself faster, clenched his jaw, and let the pleasure claim him. All the while, he thought of Izabella. His hot jets of cum shot out, and he groaned deeply, not able to hold off on the sound.

Once his orgasm receded and he was able to breathe normally, he opened his eyes. The water was on for the shower, and the bathroom had filled with steam already. He needed to get his fucking head on straight. If he was going to go after Izabella, it wasn’t going to be for one damn night.

No, she wasn’t just hookup material. She was something special, and he realized that holding off had been a dumbass mistake. She might very well tell him to screw off or that being together was wrong because of the relationship they’d had in the past. She was his sister’s best friend, after all, and they’d all grown up together.

But Corbin wasn’t going to sit on how he felt or what he wanted anymore. He couldn’t.

Scrubbing a hand over his face, he knew this was messed up. Being with her would cross a line, right? He’d never been one for commitment, but when he looked at Izabella, he saw something special in her.

She wasn’t like the other women he’d associated with, and maybe it was because she knew him so well that he finally realized it.

You have to do this because if not, you’ll wonder what in the hell could have been.

“Come on, one more shot,” Zachary said, his grin wide. Yet his focus was not only on her but also on every other woman in the bar.

Izabella had been on this blind date for the past hour, and she was ready to go home. Zachary might look attractive, but his personality made him one of the ugliest people she’d ever met. Not only was he blatant in checking out other women while he was on a date with her but he was also obnoxious in his arrogance, and the fact he kept making sexual innuendos and then winking at her made her gag.

Izabella wasn’t a prude, not by any means, but on a first date, and a blind one at that, she assumed he’d have a little more class.

“I’m already tipsy,” Izabella said, but she took the glass anyway. She was at least going to get free food and booze out of this train wreck of a date.

“So maybe after this, we can go hang out at my place. Or maybe yours?” He cocked an eyebrow, and she made a face, not even about to conceal her disgust.

“I think I’ll pass,” she said, her voice not hiding her disinterest. He reached out and placed his hand on hers, and instantly, she felt her skin crawl.

“Come on. It’ll be fun.”

She took her hand from his and shook her head. She was feeling buzzed enough that she had no problem speaking her mind, especially since this guy was such an ass. Leaning forward, she stared him right in the eye. He’d already paid for dinner, and this last shot he’d given her was covered as well.

Now was a good time to just tell him straight-up he wasn’t getting a piece of ass from her because he definitely seemed like the type of guy to stick her with the bill if she denied him.

“Listen, I agreed to go out with you because of Mel. I gave you the benefit of the doubt, but I’m not going to sleep with you.” She leaned back in the chair, expecting him to maybe be an asshole and really seal the night with a prick remark, but he just smiled.

“Just tell me how you really feel,” he said, his smile still in place but tight. “That’s fine that you don’t want to go home with me even though I think I’ve been pretty accommodating tonight.” He stood. “I’m just going to head to the bathroom.”

She had no clue what in the hell he’d meant by being accommodating, but she didn’t care. She watched him disappear down the hall and focused on the table again. God, this night just needs to be over with.

After ten minutes of sitting at the table and glancing over her shoulder, she got up, grabbed her purse, and headed toward the bathrooms. Knocking on the men’s restroom, she waited to see if she could hear him respond. Maybe he got sick?
